1. Reviewing Purchase Orders
When we receive your purchase order, we review it carefully before we begin work. We will ensure that:
- All of the project requirements are defined
- We are able to produce the product(s)
- We are aware of any special processing or tooling needs for the project
- We understand and are following any quality clauses specified
2. Inspections: Throughout the manufacturing process, we integrate control plans to provide a structured approach for design, implementation, and to minimize product or process variations.
3. Corrective and Preventative Action Reporting: We are committed to using regular action reporting to collect and analyze information. This allows us to identify and investigate existing or potential product and quality problems quickly and effectively.
