CNC Milling
Our state-of-the-art CNC milling equipment uses a rotating cylindrical cutting tool that has the ability to move along multiple axes and in different directions. Whatever shapes, slots, or holes your part requires, our milling equipment can do it.
CNC Turning
With our advanced CNC turning centers, we are able to produce the highest quality and complex machined parts at high speeds. Our precision CNC turning is available for a variety of applications. It is also available in plastics and metal. It is ideal to have prototypes for small batch productions of your part components.

Design
To build a successful part, you have to start first with a good design. Our manufacturing design experts use the best software (SolidWorks and Surfam Velocity) to engineer design modification, support, and product enhancements. We also provide 3D prototyping so that you can be absolutely sure that you are getting the part you need.
Precision Grinding
Our high-performance precision grinding services are available for rods, cylinder liners, shafts, and many other parts. Our equipment allows us to achieve tight tolerances, and our expert staff is able to grind a variety of metals and alloys.
Precision Sawing
Our precision saws can handle your most complex jobs. Each of our horizontal band saws are fully automatic with multiple indexing and can cut a variety of materials to within +/- .005”.
Parts Finishing
Our facility is equipped with a variety of parts finishing equipment, including barrel and bowl style tumblers, Baldor pedestal buffing machines, 8” pedestal griders, pneumatic air tools, and a comprehensive collection of hand tools. We offer quality finishing for all of your custom-made parts. Our finishing services include:
